1. The cut off time for KEX is 10:30 am
2. KEX Pick up will be done on 5 days of the week except for public holidays
3. The insurance coverage offered for KEX express is RM200.00
4. The maximum dimension (length + width + height) of goods that can be shipped is 200cm.
5. The maximum weight for goods that can be shipped is 30 KGs.

 

International SOP

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!

Kindly note that all International Shipment must be inspected under CCTY surveillance. All footage of the CCTV and sender details must be stored until the item is safely received by the customer. 

Note:- 

1. Agent must check through all the items according to customer declaration form.

2. It is compulsary for agent to get the sender's IC/ Passport copy before sending out the shipment. 

3. After handing it over to the driver, agents must get the signature from the driver on the manifest form. 

Failure to do so, your account will be banned from using International courier service.

Sila ambil perhatian bahawa semua Penghantaran Antarabangsa mesti diperiksa terlebih dahulu di bawah pengawasan CCTV. 
Semua rakaman CCTV dan butiran pengirim mesti disimpan sehingga barang tersebut selamat diterima oleh pelanggan.

Catatan:-

1. Ejen mesti menyemak semua item mengikut borang pengisytiharan yang telah diisi oleh pelanggan. 

2. Ejen wajib mendapatkan salinan IC/Pasport penghantar sebelum menghantar penghantaran.

3. Semasa menyerahkannya kepada pihak kurier, ejen perlu minta mereka untuk menanda tangan pada borang manifes.

Sekiranya anda gagal berbuat demikian, akaun anda akan disekat daripada menggunakan perkhidmatan kurier Antarabangsa
